10/10 recommend! I contacted Ksenia about a month and a half before my wedding. She was honest and said she would try her best to get my dress to me before the wedding as it was custom made. Ksenia is so kind and has been wonderful during the entire process! I was so worried to order my dress online, but she has been so comforting and so informative throughout the entire time! She sent me video updates while she was making it. She let me know as soon as she shipped it and checked in with me to make sure I received it. My dress arrived a few weeks early and is a perfect fit! It is STUNNING and is exceptional quality!! I cannot say enough good things about her and I will be telling everyone about my wonderful experience!!! Best purchase experience— hands down!
