Each gown is made to order, so production begins after your purchase. Estimated delivery once your dress is ready:
— Europe: [3–7] business days
— Worldwide: [5–12] business days, depending on destination

Shipping is [free worldwide]. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns
Standard and Adjusted Fit gowns can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom Fit and customized gowns are made especially for you and cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us within 14 days and ship the dress back within 7 days, unworn and in original condition.

Customization is what makes your dress truly yours. We can adjust sleeves, neckline, back coverage, length, and other finishing details to match your vision.

    I was nervous about ordering a custom wedding dress online, but after spending a lot of time looking and not finding anything in my budget that I liked, I am so grateful that I did.
    Ksenia was incredibly supportive, kind, and communicative, and the measurement process is very thorough. She even noticed one of my shoulders sits slightly higher than the other and asked
    for additional measurements to ensure the fit would be perfect.
    When my dress arrived, it fit like a glove with no alterations needed. I was amazed by the quality of the material and craftsmanship.
    I cannot wait to wear this dress at my wedding in July. It truly feels like me and makes me feel beautiful. If you are hesitant about ordering a dress online, consider this your nudge. I could not
    recommend Ksenia enough!
