Accepted payment methods
We accept secure online payments through Stripe, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and any additional methods Stripe offers at checkout for your region.
Payment Policy
Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank will apply its own exchange rate and may charge a conversion fee.
When you are charged
Because our gowns are made to order, payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. Production begins after payment is received and confirmed.
Payment security
Payments are processed by Stripe, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. Your full card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure system — we never see or store your full card number. All transactions are encrypted.
Authorisation
By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the card or account used. Orders are subject to verification and authorisation by your payment provider. If payment is declined or flagged for fraud, we may cancel the order.
Prices, taxes and duties
The price you see is the final price. Shipping is free, and all customs duties and import taxes are included worldwide — see our Shipping Policy.
Refunds
Where a refund is due under our Return & Refund Policy, it is issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
