We ship our gowns worldwide, with all shipping included and no hidden costs. Because every gown is made to order, your total delivery time is made up of two parts: production time plus shipping time.

Production time

Each gown is made to order, with a standard production time of around 30 days. Production begins once your order is confirmed and your measurements (where required) have been received.

Rush tailoring

Working to a tight wedding date? We offer rush production in around 15 days for an additional $150. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability for your date. Rush speeds up production only and does not change delivery time.

Shipping time

Once your gown is ready, estimated delivery times are:

• United States — around 15 days (via USPS)
• Europe — around 15 days (via FedEx)
• Canada — around 18 days (via UPS)
• Australia — around 20 days

Other destinations may vary — contact us for an estimate for your country before ordering. All timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Remote locations may take longer, and such delays are outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all gowns — it is already included in the price.

Duties and taxes — all included

The price you see is the final price for you as the bride. All customs duties and import taxes are included, worldwide — there are no hidden fees and no surprise charges on delivery, whether your order goes to the US, the EU, or anywhere else.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Delivery address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, and that someone is available to receive the parcel. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is refused or unclaimed, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
