Our gowns are made to order, with many sewn to your individual measurements. Any design changes and their costs are agreed with you before production begins — nothing starts without your approval. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed once we accept it and begin production. All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD), and payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. Cancellations and returns are limited and set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We take no responsibility for reviews, comments, photos, or other content you post or send to us. By submitting such content, you grant us permission to publish and use it on the Site and our social media. You may request removal of your published content at any time. We may — but are not obliged to — monitor, edit, or remove content we consider unlawful, offensive, or in breach of these Terms or another party’s rights. Any personal information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy.
The Site may contain links to websites owned and operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content or operation of those sites.
Unless otherwise stated, all materials on the Site — including text, design, logos, graphics, icons, images, and their selection and arrangement — are the property of Magura Mist FZ-LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, or distributed in any form without our prior written permission. The “Lily Marks Bridal” name and any associated trademarks are protected. Unauthorised use may infringe copyright, trademark, and other laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
These Terms of Service and any dispute relating to the Site or to products purchased through it are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
