I do not have enough words to express what a wonderful experience it was working with Ksenia! Buying anything online, especially your wedding dress, can be daunting, but Ksenia answered all of my questions in detail and was so sweet and understanding throughout the whole process! She is extremely knowledgeable and can give you valuable insight when crafting your wedding dress, including proper storage, care, and advice on accessories!

I had asked for some customizations to the original design and Ksenia did a beautiful job with the final product! As other reviewers have mentioned, the process for taking your measurements can take a while, but Ksenia provides detailed video instructions to aide in the process. Don’t be deterred by the measurement process – it’ll be worth it! The dress fits perfectly and I can’t wait to wear it!
