I would give 10 stars for item quality and customer service if I could!
Ksenia and her team went above and beyond with my dress and I’m so very in love with it and can’t wait for my wedding day to wear it.
Ksenia gave meticulous detail to how to do the at home measurements and ensured I felt comfortable and that I was given updates the entire way through the making process. She really put my mind as ease through the whole thing.
When the item arrived I couldn’t wait to put it on as when I took it out of the box I was amazed at the quality of fabrics.
Thank you again Ksenia and team, you’ve made me so very happy!
