Each gown is made to order, so production begins after your purchase. Estimated delivery once your dress is ready:

Returns
Standard and Adjusted Fit gowns can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom Fit and customized gowns are made especially for you and cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us within 14 days and ship the dress back within 7 days, unworn and in original condition.
Customization is what makes your dress truly yours. We can adjust sleeves, neckline, back coverage, length, and other finishing details to match your vision.

I was so nervous about ordering my wedding dress online, but she walked me through the process (including having my friend measure me thoroughly to ensure the dress was tailored to my exact shape – Ksenia even reviewed the videos of my measurements to make sure it was all accurate). She took all of the worry out of the process, and was so warm and helpful throughout. And I can not even begin to express how much I love my dress!! The workmanship is beautiful, and it fit me perfectly! The weight of the dress is a little heavier than I thought it would be – but that helps it fall and drape beautifully.
