She happily accommodated every change and personal detail I wanted to add, and she was always available, kind, and incredibly helpful whenever I had questions.
As for the dress itself. it fit me perfectly, as if it had been made in person, and the quality is great too.

This dress is beautiful! It’s exactly what I wanted. Kseniya was so helpful and prompt (despite the time difference). I had a custom skirt and also ordered the matching veil. She realized my dreams perfectly! The measurement instructions were easy to follow and I am so glad I don’t have to go through the hassle of traveling to a shop for multiple fittings. Make sure you have a steamer because it comes packed as small as possible, but the shipping was lightning fast!
Really lovely experience from start to finish. I asked a lot of questions (sorry 😂) and always got help. The dress looked beautiful and felt much lighter than I expected.
