Each gown is made to order, so production begins after your purchase. Estimated delivery once your dress is ready:
— Europe: [3–7] business days
— Worldwide: [5–12] business days, depending on destination

Shipping is [free worldwide]. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns
Standard and Adjusted Fit gowns can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom Fit and customized gowns are made especially for you and cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us within 14 days and ship the dress back within 7 days, unworn and in original condition.

Customization is what makes your dress truly yours. We can adjust sleeves, neckline, back coverage, length, and other finishing details to match your vision.

Her MAIN priority was making a dress that fit ME. Once we got the details sorted out, her turnaround was EXQUISITE! When shipped, from Russia, it took only FOUR days to arrive. The dress is AMAZING. I cannot wait to wear and share photos. I have told everyone to check out her shop. She made me feel like this was the right choice and I can say for certain, it was! My “omg I’m going to be a bride” moment clicked, all because of her and this beautiful dress she created for me.
