The dress is lovely and, most importantly, this seller is super committed to customer satisfaction. There were some issues initially but she was highly communicative and helpful and I now have a dress that I’m so excited about wearing. Retail stores are far less helpful – it sounds bizarre but buying a wedding dress online seems to be the way to go!
