Small wedding, big dress feelings 😭🤍 I felt like a princess without the dress feeling heavy or uncomfortable. Ksenia was patient with all my questions and I was genuinely sad to take it off at the end of the day.
Ksenia is absolutely amazing and excellent at her job! I wanted the dress altered to be a bit more conservative and she made the dress perfect despite the custom changes. Ksenia did a beautiful job with my dress!! I am incredibly excited to wear it on my big day. I had customized measurements and the fit is stellar. I actually had the bottom of this dress matched with the top of another one of Ksenia’s dresses amongst other details changed. It turned out perfect! Ksenia was so receptive to my preferences and was always in communication. I needed a change of address and she made the process super easy. I highly recommend her work!! 🙂
I couldnt have asked for a better experience with this designer. She created the dress to exactly what I envisioned. I made a couple changes, like the neckline taken up and lace added to the sleeves, and the designer was more then happy to do this. I was in contact every single day until my dress arrived. The quality of this dress is just beautiful, perfection. I had it taken in after receiving it, but only because I had started working out after I sent my measurements. But the dress was easy to alter for that. I also bought a veil, silk robe, and garter from her. Im so grateful for her work 💓 and I cant wait to wear it all on my wedding day. If you are nervous about buying online, like I was DONT BE, not with this designer. I highly recommend Say Yes Dress. Everything was created and to me in a month – to the US.
The dress is lovely and, most importantly, this seller is super committed to customer satisfaction. There were some issues initially but she was highly communicative and helpful and I now have a dress that I’m so excited about wearing. Retail stores are far less helpful – it sounds bizarre but buying a wedding dress online seems to be the way to go!
