Each gown is made to order, so production begins after your purchase. Estimated delivery once your dress is ready:

Returns
Standard and Adjusted Fit gowns can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom Fit and customized gowns are made especially for you and cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us within 14 days and ship the dress back within 7 days, unworn and in original condition.
Customization is what makes your dress truly yours. We can adjust sleeves, neckline, back coverage, length, and other finishing details to match your vision.
Have an idea? Send us reference photos and tell us what you’d like to change — we’ll review your request and confirm what’s possible, along with any additional cost, before production begins.
Please note: gowns with design changes are non-returnable, as they’re made specifically for you.

I was impressed with her attention to detail when she noticed some of my measurements were incorrect. I decided not to do a train and that was not a problem for Ksenia and her team to
accommodate. She even sent me videos while my dress was in the process of being made. When my dress arrived, I was blown away with the quality and detail of it. My dress fit so well and
better than I was expecting. I can’t recommend ordering a dress with Ksenia enough!
