Each gown is made to order, so production begins after your purchase. Estimated delivery once your dress is ready:

— Worldwide: [5–12] business days, depending on destination

Shipping is [free worldwide]. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns
Standard and Adjusted Fit gowns can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom Fit and customized gowns are made especially for you and cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us within 14 days and ship the dress back within 7 days, unworn and in original condition.

Customization is what makes your dress truly yours. We can adjust sleeves, neckline, back coverage, length, and other finishing details to match your vision.

    The seller/ dress designer was very helpful and really made an effort to ensure the order was accurately made according to carefully guided measurements. She kept me posted throughout
    the (dress-making) process and sent pictures. Delivery was carried out efficiently and any delay was quickly compensated for by courier. Upon delivery she followed up enquiring as to my
    satisfaction, fit and liking. I will recommend this seller and asol use her again myself.
