Each gown is made to order, so production begins after your purchase. Estimated delivery once your dress is ready:
— Europe: [3–7] business days
— Worldwide: [5–12] business days, depending on destination

Shipping is [free worldwide]. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns
Standard and Adjusted Fit gowns can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom Fit and customized gowns are made especially for you and cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us within 14 days and ship the dress back within 7 days, unworn and in original condition.

Customization is what makes your dress truly yours. We can adjust sleeves, neckline, back coverage, length, and other finishing details to match your vision.

Ksenia was extremely patient and professional throughout the whole process. She patiently gave me advice and answered all my questions and also gave me suggestions about what would be more suitable. The dress is incredibly lightweight and fits perfectly! The veil she made is also beautiful! Can't wait to wear it on my wedding day.
