Each gown is made to order, so production begins after your purchase. Estimated delivery once your dress is ready:

Returns
Standard and Adjusted Fit gowns can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom Fit and customized gowns are made especially for you and cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us within 14 days and ship the dress back within 7 days, unworn and in original condition.
Customization is what makes your dress truly yours. We can adjust sleeves, neckline, back coverage, length, and other finishing details to match your vision.

The designer had great communication and always responded quickly. The instructions and measurements for my custom-made dress were very detailed, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, when I received the dress, it was too long, so I had to take it to a local tailor for alterations. This resulted in additional costs that I had not expected.
The dress itself is beautifully made, and the designer did everything possible to ensure it arrived well before my wedding. I really appreciated this, especially since I needed extra time to have
the alterations completed. Overall, the craftsmanship is excellent, but I wish the dress had fit perfectly from the start.
I was worried about the dress arriving in time. The dress feels very well made. The length was perfect with my wedding shoes. I got photos and updates which made me feel much calmer. I am so glad I took the chance ordering online.
