Each gown is made to order, so production begins after your purchase. Estimated delivery once your dress is ready:

Returns
Standard and Adjusted Fit gowns can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom Fit and customized gowns are made especially for you and cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us within 14 days and ship the dress back within 7 days, unworn and in original condition.
Customization is what makes your dress truly yours. We can adjust sleeves, neckline, back coverage, length, and other finishing details to match your vision.

train. She checked in frequently & sent me updates as the dress was being made. Once shipped, she told me the exact steps the package would pass through on its way to me & when I could
