Each gown is made to order, so production begins after your purchase. Estimated delivery once your dress is ready:
— Europe: [3–7] business days
— Worldwide: [5–12] business days, depending on destination

Shipping is [free worldwide]. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns
Standard and Adjusted Fit gowns can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom Fit and customized gowns are made especially for you and cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us within 14 days and ship the dress back within 7 days, unworn and in original condition.

Customization is what makes your dress truly yours. We can adjust sleeves, neckline, back coverage, length, and other finishing details to match your vision.

    Ksenia is truly amazing! She was able to make a dress with all of my measurements that fits perfectly and it arrived within 3 weeks! She is a true professional, sending video updates as she works on the dress and making sure to stay in communication with you throughout the entire process. I cannot believe how lucky I am to have found her! I absolutely love my dress and can’t wait to wear it for my wedding in July! I would recommend ordering one of Ksenia’s beautiful dresses. You will not be disappointed!
