Each gown is made to order, so production begins after your purchase. Estimated delivery once your dress is ready:

Returns
Standard and Adjusted Fit gowns can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom Fit and customized gowns are made especially for you and cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us within 14 days and ship the dress back within 7 days, unworn and in original condition.
Customization is what makes your dress truly yours. We can adjust sleeves, neckline, back coverage, length, and other finishing details to match your vision.

I cannot recommend Lily Marks Bridal enough. I was looking for something specific for my elopement in a National Park and stumbled across this Etsy shop. I was skeptical at first that I could get a custom gown for the price but was incredibly surprised with the final product. Ksenia responded quickly and thoroughly to all of my questions. I am an American 34DDD and purchased this dress with a corset and it fits like a glove! I was concerned I would need to wear a bra but Ksenia assured me (after taking my measurements) that the corset would be supportive enough and she was right! I 100% recommend.
