Delivery
Each gown is made to order, so production begins after your purchase. Estimated delivery once your dress is ready:

— Worldwide: [5–12] business days, depending on destination
Shipping is [free worldwide]. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Standard and Adjusted Fit gowns can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom Fit and customized gowns are made especially for you and cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us within 14 days and ship the dress back within 7 days, unworn and in original condition.
Customization is what makes your dress truly yours. We can adjust sleeves, neckline, back coverage, length, and other finishing details to match your vision.
Have an idea? Send us reference photos and tell us what you’d like to change — we’ll review your request and confirm what’s possible, along with any additional cost, before production begins.

Buying a wedding dress online is scary, but Ksenia made the process incredibly comfortable. She listened to all my wishes, offering great suggestions on which modifications would look best
and gently steering me away from things that wouldn’t work.
She kept me updated with pictures and videos while sewing, so I always knew exactly what was happening. Before shipping, she sent final photos, and when I asked to tweak one small detail,
she adjusted it with absolutely no problem!
The dress arrived right on time and looks even better than the pictures. The quality is outstanding, and it fits 99% perfectly. I am unbelievably happy and so grateful for the hard work she and
her team put into my gown.
The only downside is that I only plan on getting married once, because I would definitely order every single wedding dress from her! 🙂
