Each gown is made to order, so production begins after your purchase. Estimated delivery once your dress is ready:

— Worldwide: [5–12] business days, depending on destination

Shipping is [free worldwide]. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns
Standard and Adjusted Fit gowns can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom Fit and customized gowns are made especially for you and cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us within 14 days and ship the dress back within 7 days, unworn and in original condition.

Customization is what makes your dress truly yours. We can adjust sleeves, neckline, back coverage, length, and other finishing details to match your vision.

Comunication from seller is just amazing, fast, clear and very helpful and positive. Ksenia always has advise for your concerns and is ready to tailor the dress so it fits your particular body. I had a concern regarding my big bust and how that will work with low back cut, so she suggested adding a see through corset to make sure my bust is supported. Love the result, love the dress and overall very happy with my experience.
